DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Fixed charge or based on order value
• Outside Dhaka: Courier charge applicable

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed during order placement.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas
• Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery

Order Confirmation

• Orders will be confirmed via phone call, SMS, or message
• If confirmation is not received, the order may be cancelled

Delivery Conditions

• Customer must provide accurate name, address, and contact number
• Someone must be available to receive the order

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery
• Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Courier service issues

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
