RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product is expired or near expiry (if applicable)
  • Packaging is tampered, leaking, or compromised

Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned due to change of mind
  • Perishable goods

Proof Requirement

To process a return request, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images showing the issue
  • Order ID or invoice

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via Inbox, WhatsApp, or phone
  2. Share required proof (video and images)
  3. Our team will verify within 24 hours
  4. Return pickup will be arranged or replacement will be sent

Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will receive either:
    • Replacement (preferred), or
    • Refund (if replacement is not available)
  • Refund methods:
    • bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
  • Refund timeline:
    Within 3–7 working days after approval

Delivery Charges

  • If the issue is due to our error, we will bear the delivery cost
  • If the return is due to customer-related reasons, delivery cost will be borne by the customer

Important Notes

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Invoice must be retained
  • Requests beyond the allowed time frame may not be accepted

  • Unboxing video বাধ্যতামূলক

রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়:

  • খোলা বা ব্যবহার করা খাবার
  • প্যাকেজিং ছাড়া পণ্য
  • পছন্দ না হলে

যাচাই শেষে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে
রিফান্ড সময়: ৩–৭ কর্মদিবস
